Enroll Today! Introduction to Statistics for Data Science

Dear openSAP community,

We previously delivered two courses to get you started with data science which were extremely popular with our community – over 30,000 learners signed up to Getting Started with Data Science! We received feedback that learners would like to have a course which focuses on the basic foundations of data science for complete beginners. To meet this demand, our course expert, Stuart Clarke, has teamed up with another colleague at SAP, Michael Jordan, to produce this new course, Introduction to Statistics for Data Science.

Introduction to Statistics for Data Science
Statistics can be a complex subject, but in this course, you’ll revisit the fundamental principles and start to appreciate how it can be used in your everyday life. This course will provide you with the knowledge to understand some of the basic statistical concepts and practices that are the foundations of data science and the way we analyze data. Throughout this course, you’ll be looking at how data can be summarized in a variety of ways to give you a descriptive overview of large data sets and their variations. The course starts October 8 and enrollment is now open.
