Join this free online course to learn about the partnership between SAP and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and explore the capabilities of SAP Business Technology Platform and AWS to build innovative business applications on SAP BTP as well as develop extension and integration scenarios in the cloud.
SAP and Amazon Web Services have been partners for over 15 years to jointly innovate for customers. The strategic partnership focuses on accelerating the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP on AWS and developing joint reference architectures for innovation on SAP Business Technology Platform with AWS capabilities.
This course explains the advantages of the partnership through practical examples and technical deep dives. To make the content as tangible as possible, we’ve highlighted capabilities of both SAP Business Technology Platform and AWS. The goal is to outline how application integration and extensibility use cases could be developed to deliver business outcomes to customers.
The course also contains optional hands-on exercises for those who are interested in trying out some of the scenarios.

If your primary interest in taking this course is getting an overview of how application integration and extensibility scenarios could be developed to deliver business outcomes to customers, you do not need access to a training system. However, we realize that many of you will be interested in completing the hands-on exercises based on the instructions in the course. We’ll therefore provide the necessary instructions in the respective units. All described systems are free-of-charge.
Anirban Majumdar is head of the Platform Adoption & Advisory (PAA) team in the Technology & Innovation unit at SAP. PVN PavanKumar is chief expert and head of APJ for SAP’s Platform Adoption & Advisory at SAP Labs India. He works with SAP product development units, strategic customers and GSSPs, and hyperscalers to make SAP BTP the preferred choice for integration, extension, AI, and data-to-value scenarios.

Weikun Liu is a software developer in the SAP T&I Strategic Customer Engagements team.
