In this openSAP course you’ll learn how to leverage Ansible for end-to-end SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA deployment on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. We’ll show you how to prepare Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems to consume SAP workloads and install SAP HANA in a simple, automated fashion.
As an introduction, we’ll provide you with an overview of the Red Hat product portfolio for SAP before you go on to explore:

  • The foundations of Ansible
  • How to prepare Red Hat Enterprise Linux Systems for SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
  • How to deploy SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
  • How to integrate the deployment in a fully automated process
  • How to proactively monitor Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems running SAP against configuration or security issues (Insights).

After completing this course you’ll be able to ensure the highest security and availability for your SAP operations with Red Hat Ansible Automation, Red Hat Insights, and Red Hat Smart Management.

Once you have deployed the systems using Red Hat Ansible Automation, you could leverage SAP Landscape Management solutions to simplify the management of your SAP systems (on-prem, cloud or hybrid) and take full advantage of the on-going collaboration between Red Hat and SAP to streamline your system operations.
