Bianka Woelke is the co-lead of Hire to Retire – Intelligent Enterprise, SAP S/4HANA. Together with Jochen Thierer, she is responsible for defining the direction, scope, and roadmap of the Hire to Retire scenario in the Intelligent Enterprise.
Bianka’s passion and journey is building HR solutions for and with our customers. Working across the globe and across industries, she has over 10 years of experience in product management, successfully delivering HR solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.
Jochen Thierer is a co-leader of Hire to Retire - Intelligent Enterprise, SAP S/4HANA.
After joining SAP in 1994, Jochen assumed various roles in consulting, training, software architecture, and software development across multiple SAP products.
In his role as co-lead of Hire to Retire – Intelligent Enterprise, SAP S/4HANA, Jochen, together with Bianka Woelke, is responsible for defining the direction, scope, and roadmap of the Hire to Retire scenario in the Intelligent Enterprise.
Andy Shean is the chief expert for Learning and Engagement at SAP SuccessFactors. He provides thought leadership and domain expertise to internal and external audiences, direct engagement in go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the overall SAP SuccessFactors strategy teams, and solution-centric support for product, marketing, and sales functions.

Harini Gunabalan is a former senior product manager who left SAP in September 2021. In this position, she was responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap of SAP Cloud Identity Services. She focused on SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and the cloud infrastructure strategy of SAP BTP.

Srini Singaraju is a product manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, where his focus is on the topic of master data replication. He also deals with partner add-ons for EC Payroll as well as Hire to Retire scenarios within ECP.

His mission is to provide SAP customers and SAP-centric service providers with the most suitable operations platforms to support their transformation to becoming intelligent enterprises.
Janko joined SAP in 1997, starting in Service and Support. He has held various technical and management positions and has been defining and fine-tuning SAP’s operations strategy for more than 15 years. Janko graduated from the University of Wuerzburg with a Masters degree in computer science in 1996.
Markus Bechler is a member of the Product Management team for SAP Cloud ALM for operations. He is a solution expert and the responsible product manager for Integration and Exception Monitoring. His primary goal is to support customers in their transformation into intelligent enterprises.
