The uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are very human in nature and have moved Chief HR Officers (CHROs) into the spotlight in boardrooms across the globe. We’ll cover topics such as digital workplace experience with SAP Work Zone for HR, People Analytics for Hire to Retire, identity access management, SAP Task Center to manage workflows, time management capabilities, Employee Central Payroll and SAP Master Data Integration (MDI), as well as the customer use case for cost center integration using SAP MDI. Additionally, we’ll present tools and best practices that customers can leverage to implement, configure, and operate the end-to-end Hire to Retire business process.

Jochen Thierer is a co-leader of Hire to Retire - Intelligent Enterprise, SAP S/4HANA.
After joining SAP in 1994, Jochen assumed various roles in consulting, training, software architecture, and software development across multiple SAP products.

Srini Singaraju is a product manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, where his focus is on the topic of master data replication. He also deals with partner add-ons for EC Payroll as well as Hire to Retire scenarios within ECP.
