SAP Fieldglass is SAP’s vendor management solution that simplifies the process of procuring, managing, and optimizing flexible workforces.

We've put together this SAP Fieldglass Introduction track to help you get a deeper understanding of what SAP Fieldglass is. You’ll learn how it is used to procure an external workforce, and you’ll gain the skills you need to succeed.

The SAP Fieldglass Introduction track will provide you with an overview of how SAP Fieldglass is used to source, procure, and manage an external workforce. It will give you the foundational industry knowledge necessary to help you better understand SAP Fieldglass, and then dive into the SAP Fieldglass solutions and discover how you can effectively utilize the contingent, services, analytics, and integration functions.

By the end of the track, you will be able to:

  • Explain the contingent workforce management industry
  • Demonstrate the process of contingent worker procurement, including the creation of job postings, work orders, and invoices
  • Map the service (statement of work) procurement workflow process, including creation, characteristics, clauses, fees, events, workers, and revisions
  • Explain how to run reports using the analytics functionality in SAP Fieldglass
  • Discuss the benefits, standards, and methods of transferring data to and from SAP Fieldglass

The track consists of two openSAP courses. To earn your SAP Fieldglass Introduction certificate, you’ll need to earn a record of achievement in both courses. After you enroll on this track, you’ll see the required courses and your current completion status for each of them.
