A successful external workforce management and services procurement program cannot rely solely on the platform to meet goals and objectives. This nutshell course will give you a high-level introduction to a program management office. It is designed to provide the introductory knowledge necessary to help you better understand the requirements of managing an external workforce program. You’ll delve into the components of a successful program, review the various activities a typical program management office performs, and understand the skills required within a PMO team.
