Course Summary

This course is designed to enable you to dive deeper into the SAP Fieldglass solution and discover how you can effectively utilize the contingent, services, analytics, and integration functions in more detail.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • Describe related key terms and possible business cases for contingent and services modules
  • Recount the contingent workforce business process, including job postings, work orders, time and expense sheets, and invoicing
  • Map the service (statement of work) procurement workflow process, including creation, characteristics, clauses, fees, events, workers, and revisions
  • Explain how to run reports using the analytics functionality in SAP Fieldglass
  • Discuss the benefits, standards, and methods of transferring data to and from SAP Fieldglass

You’ll also have the opportunity to practice some of the transactions demonstrated in this course using online simulations.
