Employee-initiated spend – monies originating from and controlled by the employee in the service of their role or job function – has shifted buying decisions from finance teams to individuals. Employees have more power over spending decisions, with less oversight than ever before. In this course, you’ll follow the lifecycle of spend: before spend, during spend, and after spendIn each of these stages, you’ll learn how SAP Concur's combined platform is applied to spend management processes. You’ll discover how to customize these solutions to your unique company requirements. And finally, you’ll have an opportunity to interact with the products in a simulated environment.

With over 25 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, Nicole has worked at five major TMCs. She is working on various travel initiatives, process development, and TMC relationship building as a senior resource.
