Andreas Hauser is Global Head of the Design and Co-Innovation Center at SAP SE. His team’s mission is to humanize business software through design and elevate the importance of design with customers, users and the market.
Previously, he was Vice President of User Experience at SAP SE for Cloud Solutions. Andreas has more than 15 years of experience as a UX leader. During this time, he gained a lot of experience in building global user experience teams and establishing an innovation culture in large organizations.
He studied Business Information Technology at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim and has worked at SAP since 1991.
Matthias Harbusch has worked in several user experience positions at SAP SE since 1999. He started his career in development at SAP in 1996. During the first big UX wave at SAP in 1999, he moved into the position of a UX designer. From 2003 until 2006 he grew from a team lead position to a vice president for user experience suite applications.
In 2014 Matthias decided to move into the SAP Apphaus Heidelberg as program manager, supporting Design Thinking workshops in the Apphaus and for customers.
Matthias is married and has 2 children. He enjoys sports and sings in a choir in his hometown.
Kirsty White joined SAP SE in 2001, starting her career as an in-house German-English translator. She subsequently became a Knowledge Manager for a team of translators, before taking up a position as Knowledge Architect and Translation Lead for the SAP Fiori development program.
Since January 2015, Kirsty has been working as a fellow in the Program Management team for Design and Co-Innovation Center at the SAP AppHaus Heidelberg, where she supports customer co-innovation projects in Design Thinking workshops, helping to define internal processes, and working on education and roll-out topics.
Kirsty originally comes from England, and has been living in Germany for almost 14 years now. She enjoys travelling and learning new languages, and she spends a lot of her spare time doing sport (swimming, running, and Pilates).
Glória Costa joined SAP SE in 2013. Before SAP, Glória worked as communication designer in Lisbon, Berlin and London, working in EU programs on anti-discrimination, human rights and intercultural dialogue for immigrants integration.
In 2011, she joined the Design Thinking course at HPI School of Design Thinking in Potsdam, Berlin, with a focus on business problem solving.
Currently she is working as Design and Co-Innovation Center’s (DCC) Marketing and Communications Manager. Together with design experts and program managers, she promotes the SAP UX Design Services and the DCC’s co-innovation customer projects, with the mission of humanizing SAP’s software experience.
She likes to spend her free time doing photography, theatre and yoga.
