Steve Hunt is chief expert for Work & Technology in the SAP Innovation Office. His work focuses on the design and deployment of technology-enabled processes to improve workforce agility, productivity, experience, engagement, and well-being. An industrial-organizational psychologist, Steve has helped create human resource solutions that have positively influenced employees working for thousands of companies around the globe.

He regularly speaks on topics related to the changing nature of jobs, organizations, and work, and has written many articles and several books on strategic HR methods, including “Commonsense Talent Management: Using Strategic Human Resources to Improve Company Performance” and “Hiring Success: The Art and Science of Staffing Assessment and Employee Selection”.

Benjamin Granger

Dr. Benjamin Granger is an XM Catalyst within Qualtrics’ XM Institute. He has over a decade of experience building, running, and optimizing employee experience measurement and management programs across the globe. In addition to his client-facing work, Ben leads research initiatives within the XM Institute and has pioneered several innovative employee survey techniques and methods that are changing the way many organizations measure and manage EX.
His research has been featured in academic and practitioner forums, including Forbes, the Journal of Business and Psychology, the International Journal of Training & Development, the Academy of Management (AOM), and the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology (SIOP). Ben is certified in Lean Six Sigma and earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Robert Richardson

Robert’s driving professional ambition is to help navigate business transformations that bring about greater profitability for companies and enhance well-being for employees, customers, and community alike.
Robert completed a Bachelor’s of Psychology degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities focused on Industrial Organizational Psychology and Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Over the last 14 years, Robert has worked with hundreds of organizations to apply innovations in technology to complex business challenges.

Steve Bennetts

Steve Bennetts is the head of EX Strategy and Solutions for Qualtrics in APJ, leading a team of specialists in guiding organizations from all industries to optimize employee experience at every point in the employee lifecycle. He is one of the region’s most experienced EX specialists, having played a crucial role in launching and developing the XM category in APJ. Steve specializes in EX and human-centered technologies.
He presents at various international industry and professional conferences on the practice of employee experience. Steve’s work is featured in academic and practitioner forums, including European Journal of Social Psychology, Forbes, HRM Asia, Human Resource Director Journal, and CEO Magazine. He has a Master's degree in Criminology from Bond University and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from University of Queensland.

Greg Selke is a Human Resources professional with over twenty-five years of Talent Management and HR leadership experience. He partners with senior HR leaders at both current and prospective SAP SuccessFactors customers. Greg helps bring innovative HR cloud solutions to life by linking business strategy and HR strategy at the highest and most complex levels in an executable, program-driven manner. The goal is always to create value and impact for a relevant employee and customer experience.
As a practitioner, Greg has led almost every functional area in HR and helped drive global HR transformations in M&A environments, professional services organizations, and in healthcare with Roche, Aon Hewitt, and Baker McKenzie. He has a B.S. degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Andy Shean

Andy Shean is the chief expert for Learning and Engagement at SAP SuccessFactors. He provides thought leadership and domain expertise to internal and external audiences, direct engagement in go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the overall SAP SuccessFactors strategy teams, and solution-centric support for product, marketing, and sales functions.
Andy has been working for SAP and acquired companies for more than 14 years, and has spent nearly 10 years in cloud software.

Emily Wilson is the leader of Solution Marketing for cross-portfolio solutions at SAP SuccessFactors. Her focus is on helping SAP SuccessFactors customers measure and optimize employee experiences in order to reduce attrition and increase employee engagement.  She has over 20 years of product marketing experience in roles at automotive and technology companies. 
Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Anthropology and Spanish from Cornell University.

Marcus Wolf

Marcus Wolf is a principal consultant for employee experience with Qualtrics. He has been designing and building experience measurement and management programs with clients for almost a decade, holding mostly external consulting roles within advisory services and technical implementations.
Marcus enjoys the challenge of planning and executing complex projects and analyzing the outcomes to generate insights and use data to influence action.
Marcus has an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.

Susan Thomas

Susie Thomas is the director of Solution Marketing for the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite. She is responsible for delivering the HXM suite value messaging and supports the go-to-market strategy and activities. She works closely with teams across the business to support customers as they make the shift from HCM to HXM.
Susie has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space.

Patrick Ashamalla

Patrick Ashamalla is Senior Director of Product Design and the Chief Design Architect for SAP SuccessFactors. He brings over 20 years of experience designing and delivering cloud-based software solutions to the enterprise.
Patrick oversees a global team of User Experience and Product Designers delivering web and mobile-native HXM products. He also authored the User Experience Strategy that informed the principles of designing products and solutions for HXM.

Brett Addis

Brett Addis leads the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Transformation Organization. His global organization of advisors brings exemplary people and solution expertise to future and existing cloud customers. The Customer Transformation Organization delivers experience-based programs to ensure customer readiness and ongoing engagement to achieve success through the adoption of Human Experience Management (HXM).
Brett joined SAP in 2014 and has worked across many HR disciplines as a practitioner and consultant. Before joining SAP, he spent 12 years in management consulting, preceded by 10 years in corporate HR holding the executive positions of Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Throughout his HR career, Brett has had the opportunity to partner with many global organizations to successfully guide them through their HR transformation.
