Wim Valstar

Wim Valstar has over 20 years of experience in the domain of Core HR and Payroll systems and services.

At SAP SuccessFactors since 2012, Wim worked in various roles in Cloud Core HR and Payroll, before he joined the Upgrade2Success program helping SAP HCM customers on their journey to the cloud, which is now his responsibility within the SAP Customer Evolution Program.

Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Wim worked for a global SAP HCM partner in various roles including as a Business Unit head of SAP HR implementation consultants for global HCM and Payroll systems and services.

Chiara Bersano

Chiara Bersano has supported all aspects of HR technology, serving as an industry analyst, consultant, product director, and HRIS executive for several global Fortune 100 corporations. She has worked with SAP in Walldorf, Palo Alto, and now in South EMEA, focusing on processes and their translation in technology and digitalization.

Chiara is certified in Design Thinking, writes and publishes on LinkedIn, and teaches HR technology in selected business schools.

Duncan Scott

Duncan Scott serves as the director of strategic programs for the SAP SuccessFactors GTM team, with a special focus on helping SAP’s on-prem HCM install-base customers move to the cloud. He joined the HR technology space in 2006 with the workforce analytics and planning firm Infohrm which, in 2010, was acquired by SuccessFactors and became the foundation for SAP’s current WFA and WFP solutions.

After a decade of meeting with organizations to extol the virtues of workforce analytics and planning, Duncan joined the HXM Move initiative, with a focus on creating an advantageous path for our on-prem HCM customers to adopt SAP SuccessFactors public cloud solutions.

Duncan splits his time between Boston, MA and New Orleans, LA, and can be found cheering on his Celtics, building the latest Lego sets, and visiting the jazz and blues clubs across New Orleans.

Smitha Kondajji

Smitha Kondajji is a product management advisor at SAP SuccessFactors. She is currently involved in the end-to-end development of implementation design principles for SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central integration to SAP Business Suite, SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including related blogs and webinars.

Prior to this, Smitha worked as a product owner and scrum architect for Infoporter, delivering migration capabilities between SAP HCM on-premise and Employee Central. She is also a product management trainer and received an award in 2008 for the best trainer at SAP Labs India. Smitha has been with SAP for nearly 16 years.

Todd Asevedo

As leader of the Payroll and Time CoE and GTM efforts, Todd Asevedo is responsible for working with all SAP stakeholders and customers. He is also responsible for HXM Move and Public Sector GTM.

With 30 years in HR tech, Todd has worked with Global 1000 companies like Costco, Walgreens, Google, Apple, Disney, and Wal-Mart. Professionally certified as an SPHR and CPP since 1996, he has worked with and for most of the market leaders. In 2002 he founded an HR Technology consultancy focused on mid-market global HRIS software selection.

As a former board member of the iHRIM Association and the SHRM he is published online and in print in industry magazines such as Workforce, Paytech, HR Executive, and IHRIM link.

Todd graduated from UCSB and lives with his wife Joanne and French Bulldog Dagny. He has three adult children. Todd splits his time between Bend, Oregon and Puerta Vallarta, Mexico.

Mick Collins

Mick Collins is a product sales leader, marketer, and management consultant with expertise in workforce analytics, workforce planning, HR management, corporate strategy, and business development.

With a focus on GTM messaging and strategy, prospect and customer engagement, and product thought leadership, Mick is passionate about teaching strategies for effective deployment, utilization, and communication of workforce data.

Oscar Roncero

Oscar Roncero leads the HR Technology Advisory group across EMEA, with a special focus on supporting customers in their move from on-prem HR systems to the cloud. He also leads the SAP Cybersecurity Presales Hub for EMEA-South for all cloud solutions from SAP.

Oscar supports all non-functional aspects of our HR technology, including security and data privacy and everything related to architecture and integration. He has been working in this technological space for more than 20 years and is currently based in Spain.
