Matthias Langholz advises and coaches international organizations on their transformation journey towards a people-centric innovation culture. He believes in supportive leadership, empathy for customers and employees, and failure culture as key ingredients for innovation. Matthias is a passionate Design Thinking coach and an active member of the SAP Design Thinking and Innovation community, driving cross-organizational exchange and alignment. 

Edda Mann

Edda Mann is passionate about helping organizations learn how to be creative and tackle complex challenges in new ways. After working in various roles in development, Edda became a Design Thinking coach in 2012. She joined the AppHaus Heidelberg team in 2015, where she assists customers on the path to digital transformation. With her professional experience and a human-centered approach, Edda enables and supports organizations that seek to adopt a culture of innovation.

Holger Seubert

Holger Seubert has been working as a technical architect in the area of Platform & Technology at SAP since 2013. He is responsible for mapping customer requirements to an IT systems architecture. Holger’s focus is on the capabilities delivered by SAP’s Business Technology Platform.
Before joining SAP, Holger worked for IBM, first as a software developer and later as a technical sales specialist. He also worked for a start-up company as a solution architect. Since 2006, Holger has lectured on database fundamentals at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.

Laura Mendoza

Laura Mendoza is the head of SAP’s New York AppHaus, leading a team of designers who deliver innovation and value through a human-centered approach.
Prior to joining this creative team, Laura worked as a certified enterprise architect, advising businesses on their digital transformation roadmaps and helping them navigate the opportunities and threats of emerging technologies.
Laura believes that the greatest impact of innovation lies at the crossroads of empathy for the end-user (Design Thinking) and strategic, scalable transformation (Architecture Thinking). She works with her teams and customers to deliver innovation that is desirable, viable, and feasible.

Andreas Hauser

Andreas Hauser is senior vice president of the AppHaus Network at SAP. His global team offers innovation services for customers to help them on their digital transformation journey. The team applies a human-centered innovation approach to transform business data into customer value based on SAP’s Business Technology Platform, and helps customers to establish a design-led innovation culture within their organization.
Andreas is passionate about humanizing business software through design and putting people at the center of it all. He has more than 16 years’ experience with leading global Design and Design Thinking teams. Prior to this, Andreas was vice president of User Experience for cloud solutions at SAP.
Andreas studied Business Information Technology at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim and has been working for SAP since 1991.
