Course Summary

As a cloud service provider, SAP is responsible for the availability and performance of its cloud solutions. However, configuring and managing how those solutions are used across the business is still up to the customer. SAP Cloud ALM, a brand new, cloud-based application lifecycle management offering, guides you successfully through the implementation and operation of your cloud solutions to maximize their value. The offering comes at no additional cost for cloud customers, as SAP Cloud ALM usage rights are included with the SAP Enterprise Support cloud editions.

In this course, you’ll learn about the value and capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM and how it can support customers in managing their business processes end-to-end across the Intelligent Suite. You’ll understand how SAP Cloud ALM can help cloud customers to accelerate time to market and reduce the cost of implementation and operation. In addition to the solution overview, you’ll experience the look and feel of the tool with demos showing you how to conduct a fit-to-standard workshop and how to monitor business processes with SAP Cloud ALM. Finally, you’ll learn how to access SAP Cloud ALM and you’ll get an outlook on upcoming enhancements for the solution on the roadmap.
