He regularly speaks on topics related to the changing nature of jobs, organizations, and work, and has written many articles and several books on strategic HR methods, including “Commonsense Talent Management: Using Strategic Human Resources to Improve Company Performance” and “Hiring Success: The Art and Science of Staffing Assessment and Employee Selection”.

Leslie Apony

Leslie Apony is the global director of Solution Adoption – Talent Management at SAP SuccessFactors. She manages a team that provides guidance on strategy and process and program design, helping existing customers align their technology with their business to maximize the value of their investments throughout the world.

Leslie has over 16 years’ combined experience as a consultant, practice manager, and practitioner in HCM, compensation, performance management, and technology. She also has 9 years of experience in consulting at SAP SuccessFactors, working with hundreds of organizations globally across industries on pay for performance, performance management, and talent management strategy. She is a valued leader within the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management community, where she serves as an advisor and thought leader, and acts as the “voice of the customer” within those communities.

Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, focusing on management and computer science, from State University of New York at New Paltz.

Elizabeth Duffy

Elizabeth Duffy is a solution adoption advisor with SAP SuccessFactors for the Talent & Platform pillars. She provides guidance on strategy and process and program design, helping existing SuccessFactors customers align their technology with their business to maximize the value of their investments.

Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience as a consultant and HCM practitioner, having worked with some of the largest multinational organizations across industries, as well as small and medium size organizations around the globe. She is a valued member of the SAP SuccessFactors Product Management Talent communities, where she serves as a subject matter expert, and is passionate about acting as the “voice of the customer” within those communities.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources Management, from California State University, Sacramento.

Duncan Scott

Duncan Scott serves as the director of strategic programs for the SAP SuccessFactors GTM team, with a special focus on helping SAP’s on-prem HCM install-base customers move to the cloud. He joined the HR technology space in 2006 with the workforce analytics and planning firm Infohrm which, in 2010, was acquired by SuccessFactors and became the foundation for SAP’s current WFA and WFP solutions.

After a decade of meeting with organizations to extol the virtues of workforce analytics and planning, Duncan joined the HXM Move initiative, with a focus on creating an advantageous path for our on-prem HCM customers to adopt SAP SuccessFactors public cloud solutions.

Duncan splits his time between Boston, MA and New Orleans, LA, and can be found cheering on his Celtics, building the latest Lego sets, and visiting the jazz and blues clubs across New Orleans.

Debbie McKay

Debbie McKay is a senior global director in the SAP SuccessFactors Solution Adoption team. She has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing and recruiting practitioner technologies, as well as a blend of vendor management, talent acquisition, and onboarding technologies.

Debbie has held various roles covering implementation, account management, system optimization, and consulting. She has supported a vast number of global and Fortune 500 companies that include Novartis, JPMorgan Chase, Burberry, SanDisk, Siemens, and Time Warner Cable.

Debbie has many areas of specialization within the HCM Technology Suite: Vendor Management/Contingent Labor, Business Process – Recruitment Efficiency, Candidate Sourcing and Engagement, Analytical Tracking and Analysis, and Onboarding – The New Hire Experience, to just name a few.

Tom George

Tom George has over twenty years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions to a variety of industries. 

In his role as the director for Learning Sales and Strategy for North America, Tom leads a team of SuccessFactors Learning Experts who assist account teams in learning related sales efforts and educating our clients on the benefits of the SuccessFactors Learning solutions.

In this position, Tom builds on his 10 years of experience in the learning industry, helping to shape the company’s industry strategy and solution direction. Tom comes to SAP and SuccessFactors via the acquisition of Plateau Systems where he was a sales executive supporting commercial, non-profit, government, and higher education clients.
