Janko Budzisch is the chief product owner for SAP’s operations platforms for SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, and SAP Cloud ALM. His main task is to drive the strategical direction of these product lines with input from customers, partners, and SAP internal stakeholders. His mission is to provide SAP customers and SAP-centric service providers with the most suitable operations platforms to support their transformation to becoming intelligent enterprises.
Janko joined SAP in 1997, starting in Service and Support. He has held various technical and management positions and has been defining and fine-tuning SAP’s operations strategy for more than 15 years. Janko graduated from the University of Wuerzburg with a Masters degree in computer science in 1996.
Andrea Schuhmann is an expert support engineer at SAP America for the products SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, and SAP Cloud ALM. Her main focus is in the area of application operations.
Andrea joined SAP Services and Support in 2008, after graduating from Free University Berlin with a Masters degree in computer science. She is a regular speaker at customer-facing events and also the main author for the topic of integration and exception monitoring for the SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, and SAP Cloud ALM Expert Portals.
Simon Blattmann is a member of the Product Management team for SAP Cloud ALM for operations. He is a senior expert and the responsible product manager for Business Process Monitoring. His primary goal is to support customers in their transformation into intelligent enterprises.
Simon joined SAP in 2007, starting in SAP Business Transformation Consulting. He has worked in various external and internal consulting positions as a recognized expert for Business Process Management. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Stefan Lahr is a member of the Product Management team for SAP’s operations platforms. He is responsible for coordinating the rollout activities for SAP Focused Run and SAP Cloud ALM for operations. His main tasks involve preparing the necessary material for product introduction and positioning as well as delivering knowledge transfer sessions to customers, partners, and SAP internal stakeholders.
Stefan joined SAP in 2003, starting in Service and Support. He has held various technical and product management positions and has been fine-tuning and delivering SAP’s operations platform rollout strategy for more than 10 years. Stefan graduated from Hochschule Harz in Wernigerode with a Masters degree in computer science in 2002.
Gergely Spiry is a chief expert in application lifecycle management, owning Product Management of the Job Monitoring and Job Management in CXS ALM solutions – SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Gergely joined SAP in 1998, starting in Service and Support. He has held various positions and worked on a number of application lifecycle management topics focusing on process operations in projects with large customers such as Apple, as well as with small and medium-size customers.
Mathias Bley is the product manager for the topics Landscape Management, Health Monitoring, and Business Service Management in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run.
Mathias joined SAP as a technical consultant in 1998. In 2005 he moved to the Service and Support organization, where he has held several positions in development and product management. Mathias graduated as an electrical engineer (Dipl. Ing.) from the University of Karlsruhe.
