Intrapreneurship requires the engagement and dedication of open-minded entrepreneurial employees and teams, as well as the provision of a space to innovate. Well-known examples include the Sony PlayStation or Google´s Gmail, but there are many more. The course explains the intrapreneurship concept, outlines the opportunities it provides for companies and employees, and introduces different practical tools. It will bring learners from different companies, countries, and cultures together to discuss changes and challenges, and work on intrapreneurial ideas. Participants are invited to bring in their own ideas and develop a pitch strategy for a business opportunity.
