Wim Valstar has over 20 years of experience in the domain of Core HR and Payroll systems and services.

At SAP SuccessFactors since 2012, Wim worked in various roles in Cloud Core HR and Payroll, before he joined the Upgrade2Success program helping SAP HCM customers on their journey to the cloud, which is now his responsibility within the SAP Customer Evolution Program.

Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Wim worked for a global SAP HCM partner in various roles including as a Business Unit head of SAP HR implementation consultants for global HCM and Payroll systems and services.

Imran Sajid

Imran Sajid is director of HCM Solution Marketing at SAP SuccessFactors in Atlanta GA. He considers himself to be a voice of the customer inside SAP, where he focuses on global Core HR and Payroll.

In previous roles, Imran has worked on implementations, provided post-go-live support, and trained hundreds of customers and partners across most industries. He has published three books on SAP SuccessFactors and has been a frequent contributor in SAP Experts, where he has published over a dozen articles. Imran has spoken at every major SAP conference across the globe. He is certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, and SAP Payroll.

Imran graduated from Georgia State University Robinson College of Business with a degree in the top ranked Computer Information System program. He volunteers with Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) as an SAP Point of Contact, and has been chosen 4 times for the prestigious SAP Catalyst program for top performers.

Paul Meredith

Paul Meredith is a director of HCM Solution Marketing at SAP SuccessFactors. He is the solution owner for Employee Central Time & Attendance and the Employee Central Service Center.

Paul joined SAP in 1998, and in that time he has been a translator, technical writer, director of user assistance, director of customer enablement, and now a product marketer. He has worked mostly in HCM (on-premise and cloud), but also in SRM, Sustainability, and CRM (Cloud for Sales/Service).

Paul holds a degree in Public Policymaking & Administration from the University of Birmingham (UK).

Originally from Wales, he has lived and worked in Germany but now calls San Francisco home.

Julia Quintel

Julia Quintel is a scenario product manager for SAP Best Practices for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding. In her role, she collects and prioritizes business configuration requirements, supports the build of the defined scenarios, and drives field enablement.

Julia was part of an SAP sponsored study program that consisted of academic studies at the Cooperative State University Mannheim and employment at SAP. This program gave her a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into various areas of business within SAP. Julia holds a degree in Business Administration and Management.

Lisa Munzenmaier

Lisa Munzenmaier is the Global HR Presales Hub lead for SAP SuccessFactors. She is the global champion for our HR Presales community and works closely with the SAP ecosystem.

Lisa joined SAP in 1998 and has held positions as a Sr Consultant as well as an Executive HR Presales solution engineer where she spent time working with both public and commercial customers with a focus on SAP ERP HCM. In her current role, her primary focus is SAP SuccessFactors.

Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. She has expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management. Originally from Boston, she now resides in upstate New York.

Philip Sachs

Philip Sachs is the global head of SAP Model Company for HR and also responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors delivery strategy.

Alongside these roles, he is part of the SAP Model Company program governance and responsible for the Public Cloud Model Company services.

Philip has more than 25 years of consulting experience in various roles such as project manager, consulting director, consulting sales, field readiness etc., with a focus on the Human Resources domain.

Gabriel Henrich

Gabriel is a Product Manager Advisor based in Germany. In his role, Gabriel advises the partner and customer community on how to best implement the SuccessFactors solutions (Product Advisory) and collects market feedback on functionality and implementation challenges related to Core HR topics.

Gabriel joined SAP HCM development organization in 2008 as an application developer and worked heavily on the localization of SAP Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time management for Latin-American and southern European Markets. There he worked closely with local HR product managers and customers designing and developing solutions. Later, participating on the HR Renewal program, Gabriel focused on the development of Payroll Control Center.

Niveditha Kesavan

Niveditha Kesavan is an HR value advisor with the North America HR Advisory and Digital Transformation center of excellence based in New York. She has spent over 12 years advising clients, providing thought leadership, business case development, and strategic consultation. She is a Forbes published author and regularly speaks and writes about the role of technology in shaping the future of work.

Niveditha has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the top-ranked Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI). She has published two whitepapers – Perspectives on Managing External Workers and The Value of Intelligent Processes in the Digital Economy. She is an expert in the Value Lifecycle Manager tool, continuously contributing to developing new value models and HR value content. In 2017, she was chosen as a catalyst for the prestigious SAP Catalyst program for top performers.

JoLynn Acierno

JoLynn Acierno is a seasoned principal application consultant and HR professional with high energy, strategic vision, and experience in delivering HR solutions that have a measurable impact on business results. She has over 14 years of experience in SAP HR functional configuration and over 25 years experience in Human Resources Management, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. JoLynn has extended consulting skills in SAP’s Core HR, guiding customers on their transformation journeys from SAP on-premise to SAP SuccessFactors.

With her strong knowledge of HR operations and technology and an approach that emphasizes the business perspective, JoLynn assists organizations in designing, configuring, and implementing leading edge HR service delivery solutions. She has been responsible for the advisory and implementation services of SAP HCM products for many top Fortune 500 global companies.

Manuela Magin

Manuela Magin is a principle consultant for SAP HCM and a solution architect and project manager for SAP SuccessFactors. She is based in Germany, and has over 15 years of consulting experience in the domain of Core HR topics, both on-premise and in the cloud.

Manuela’s main expertise is in Human Resources, Personnel Management, and Organizational Management, as well as Talent Management (Career Development, Succession Planning, and Goals and Performance) and HR transformation.
