Wim Valstar is global program content lead for the Upgrade2Success program within SAP SuccessFactors. He has over 20 years of experience in the domain of Core HR and Payroll systems and services.
Wim is based in the Netherlands and has been with SAP SuccessFactors since 2012, first as a functional product and domain specialist in Cloud Core HR and Payroll, and later as regional vice president, leading the team of solution advisors for the EMEA region.
Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Wim was with a global SAP HCM partner for almost 10 years, where he held various roles including director sales & marketing, and headed up a business unit of SAP HR implementation consultants implementing global HCM and Payroll systems and services.
Wim has a Master’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has expertise in human resources, payroll, talent management, change management, and HR transformation.
