Stefanie Matz started her career at SAP in 2005 and has held various positions in product and solution management, supporting the development and marketing of new products in close collaboration with customers.
In her current role, she is involved in making SAP Business Suite more intelligent by embedding intelligent technologies. Stefanie holds a PhD in the area of innovation management.
David Yawalkar works as a product manager at SAP, focusing on embedding Internet of Things (IoT) data into core business processes in SAP S/4HANA.
In his role, David closely collaborates with customers and channels their IoT business scenarios into development, driving SAP’s journey towards the Intelligent Enterprise.
Thorsten Haas heads the SAP S/4HANA Communications team and supports the president of SAP S/4HANA, Jan Gilg, in his day-to-day business.
Together with his team, he covers both SAP-internal and external communication topics, including customer meetings and events.
Marcus Homann works as a product manager at SAP.
In his role, Marcus closely collaborates with customers and various SAP teams to ensure that important customer requirements are implemented in SAP S/4HANA.

Thomas Saueressig is a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE. He leads the Board area SAP Product Engineering and has global responsibility for all business software applications. This includes all functional areas from product strategy and management to product development and innovation as well as product delivery and support. He is responsible for a portfolio that includes the SAP S/4HANA suite, SAP Digital Supply Chain, SME, and industry solutions.
In addition, SAP Product Engineering is responsible for cloud offerings such as SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Saueressig is also in charge of all development cross-functions at SAP, comprising the global SAP Labs Network, SAP Knowledge & Education, Globalization Services, and SAP User Experience, as well as the overall quality of SAP software products.
In addition, the Board area covers SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud as well as SAP’s global cloud infrastructure ensuring a consistent level of scalability, reliability, performance, security, and data protection across all solutions for SAP’s customers.
Jan Gilg is president of SAP S/4HANA. In this role, he has global responsibility for the development, delivery, and product management of SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s industry solutions, as well as the SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio.
Jan is also a member of the SAP Engineering Senior Leadership Team. Jan joined SAP’s IT organization in 2016 as head of Enterprise Architecture, and later as head of IT Business Services. He started his career at SAP in 2005 in consulting.
Elvira Wallis is senior vice president of SAP’s Internet of Things Engineering. She is responsible for ideating, defining, delivering, and taking-to-market Internet of Things (IoT) business solutions.
Elvira focuses on cultivating innovation, building effective teams, and putting customers first while scaling a business of well-integrated cloud solutions.

Susanne Knopp leads the Solution Onboarding Architecture team in SAP Central Business Configuration. She has been with SAP for more than 19 years and has held various roles in sales, business development, solution launch, and product management.

Stefan Ehrler is a director of Product Management for SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise. He is responsible for integration and extensibility, focusing on the Intelligent Enterprise.
Stefan is central product manager for strategy and cross topics for SAP S/4HANA on-premise.
Thomas Reiss is vice president of SAP User Experience Product Management, focusing on the adoption of innovations such as SAP Fiori and SAP CoPilot in SAP applications. Thomas joined SAP in 1993 as a developer and has had various leadership roles in development since 1995. Prior to joining SAP, Thomas spent two years as a developer in computer security at BASF AG. He holds a PhD and an MA in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England.

Felix Wente is a chief development architect for SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the topic of extensibility.
Felix joined SAP 20 years ago and has worked as a developer, software architect, and development manager in SAP NetWeaver, SAP CRM, SAP Business ByDesign, and SAP S/4HANA. He is a member of the central architecture team of SAP S/4HANA.
Axel Herrmann is vice president of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Services team for the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region.
Axel and his team work closely with customers on their journey into the cloud, from activating to running and continuously improving the solution, thus covering the whole SAP S/4HANA Cloud lifecycle.
Bjoern Braemer leads a cross-board area initiative called the SAP S/4HANA Movement, with the target to drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA by existing SAP ERP customers.
Bjoern has more than 20 years’ experience in various executive roles within SAP. Before driving SAP S/4HANA Movement, he was responsible for several strategic initiatives and large-scale SAP programs. He advised SAP’s large customers on their system landscapes and roll-out strategies, subsequently running the deployment projects with them.
Peter Datsichin works on the SAP S/4HANA Movement program, focusing on the tools for mainstream implementation options for SAP S/4HANA.
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in various roles within SAP. Prior to joining SAP S/4HANA Movement, he worked as an IT architect for some of the largest SAP customers and several strategic initiatives at SAP.
Oliver Betz is senior vice president and global head of Product Management for SAP S/4HANA at SAP.
Oliver assesses customer and market requirements and drives the SAP S/4HANA product strategy. His team discovers key market trends and collaborates with customers and partners. His team also supports SAP’s field organization, industry analysts, and the SAP partner ecosystem to assess client requirements and demands, and map them with the SAP S/4HANA product roadmap.
Rathnakumar G is vice president, Engineering, responsible for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Data Management. His focus is on building cloud applications for the digital transformation of large enterprises.
Rathnakumar has extensive experience in leading, executing, and delivering large development projects. He is part of the SAP Startup Studio advisory council and mentors early-stage startups. He is an expert in LEAN and agile software development methodologies.
