The SAP S/4HANA Movement program is a cross-board initiative connecting multiple teams with the shared goal of enabling our customers to move successfully to SAP S/4HANA. To support this, we share the business value and benefits of SAP S/4HANA with customers and provide them with smart tools, services, and methodologies.

In this course, you’ll get a practical and actionable overview of the four pillars that constitute the SAP S/4HANA Movement program:

  • You’ll discover how to align on business vision and IT strategy and get buy-in across the organization.
  • You´ll find out how to build the case for change and identify key initiatives with expected outcomes.
  • You’ll see how to plan the path forward by creating a transformation roadmap and defining the deployment plan.
  • You’ll learn how to deliver business value through quick adoption and time-to-value and drive continuous innovation and optimization.

You’ll learn the essentials about every pillar of the program as well as about key assets, tools, and services that are available to SAP customers on their journey to SAP S/4HANA. Dmytro Klymenko is a senior project manager for the SAP S/4HANA Movement program. Prior to joining SAP 4 years ago, Dmytro held various management positions in the agrochemical industry.

Before joining the SAP S/4HANA Movement program, Dmytro worked as a senior business process consultant at SAP BTS, advising customers in large projects in various industries around the globe with a focus on finance and controlling.

Dmytro holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna).

Astrid Tschense is a member of the IT Planning and Architecture team in DBS. She owns the transition roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA (on-prem), SAP BW/4HANA, and the SAP S/4HANA Upgrade and Product Integration roadmap.

Astrid joined SAP in 2001 and was a product manager for various products, including SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, SAP Central Process Scheduling by Redwood, and infrastructure tools. She is the author of several SAP Press publications.

Christian Oehler is a senior director in the Customer Value Experience team for Business Process Intelligence. His focus is on solution management for Process Discovery for SAP S/4HANA Transformation, Spotlight by SAP and SAP Innovation and Optimization Pathfinder.

Derek Crawford

Derek Crawford is a global program manager in the SAP S/4HANA MOVE Team focusing on the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and the Intelligent Enterprise within the ERP installed base.
With a background in finance, Derek has many years of experience in presales, including some innovative tools and methods to communicate the digital core and intelligent ERP story, such as Virtual Presentations, Digital Boardroom, ERP Simulation, Immersive Experience, and Design Thinking.

Dirk Rebmann

Dirk Rebmann is a program manager within the SAP S/4HANA Movement Program focusing on SAP S/4HANA services and services delivery. He is also a chief consultant with more than 23 years’ SAP experience working in industries (Energy & Natural Resources) and LoB areas (Finance, Commodity Management).

Hans-Juergen Schoepp

Hans-Juergen Schoepp is the solution owner of SAP Transformation Navigator and is based out of Silicon Valley. Besides keeping the content and data of the application up-to-date and in sync with SAP’s product strategy, his current focus is on providing the next generation of transformation tools with regard to product recommendations, solution portfolio, and business value.
Hans-Juergen has worked in different roles in development, operations, and consulting for SAP, both in Germany and the US.

Ilda Freitas

Ilda Freitas is the Customer Advisory SAP S/4HANA Movement and Enablement lead. In this role, Ilda designs and leads enablement initiatives for the presales community. These initiatives provide presales with new tools, strategies, and processes to engage with ERP customers and help them envision how SAP S/4HANA can elevate their digital journeys.
Ilda has been involved in several successful strategic sales engagements with leading customers in EMEA as presales solution advisor, PCSM and business architect.

Marcus-Alexander Funke

Marcus-Alexander Funke is part of SAP S/4HANA Movement and chief product owner for the SAP S/4HANA Value Starter Engagement. With this initiative, he helps customers to understand why to make the move to SAP S/4HANA now, highlighting the benefits and ROI enjoyed by other customers who have already made the move.

Tobias Futterer

Tobias Futterer is a senior project consultant within the SAP S/4HANA Movement team. His main objective is to ensure that no SAP ERP customer is left behind. His team works with customers and partners to identify re-occurring challenges within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Based on this information, Tobias and his team work with others at SAP to evaluate if new tools and utilities would help to decrease TCO and lower implementation risk for other customer projects.
Prior to this, Tobias worked as a consultant within SAP Services and supported large-scale customers with their IT transformation projects.

Ulrich Schuppler

Uli Schuppler is a product manager for SAP Value Assurance and a member of the Premium Engagement Service team. He joined SAP in 1994 and has held different roles in various organizations within SAP, like Finance & Administration, Sales, and Customer Success.
In 2007, Uli joined the Customer Success organization and in 2017 took on the role of product manager for SAP Value Assurance, SAP’s Product Success Engagement to support customers and partners on their successful journey to SAP S/4HANA. In 2020, SAP started to develop business scenarios for a number of typical customer situations, and he took over the scenario “Take the Journey to SAP S/4HANA”.

Reik Boettner

Reik Boettner is a senior program manager for the SAP S/4HANA Movement program. He has more than twelve years of experience in large-scale project management, process analysis, migration, and system integration across the entire value chain in various industries.
Before joining the SAP S/4HANA Movement program, Reik was responsible for several strategic projects and programs around the globe, advising customers on their future landscape and strategic initiatives as well as the subsequent deployment.
