Course Summary

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are key to success. However, growing customer demands have a direct impact on research and development departments as product development gets increasingly complex. At the same time, enterprises need to make sure that they remain profitable. Processes need to be streamlined and integrated. Transparency and consistency in design and development processes and beyond are required to achieve fast time-to-market at reduced cost in a dynamic environment.

Enabling product-centric organizations to deliver the right product at the right time and the right price is our mission in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (SAP PLM).

In this course, you’ll learn how you can leverage SAP’s Product Lifecycle Management, focusing on discrete industries. Based on exemplary uses cases, the course will demonstrate how to benefit from SAP PLM. You’ll find out how SAP PLM helps turn ideas and requirements into new, innovative products and how to develop products taking compliance into account. We’ll cover the whole process from the design stage all the way through to handover to production and operations, building the digital thread. In addition, you’ll learn how to manage change and collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll discover how to identify and simulate costs in an early design phase and we’ll show you how to set up, monitor, and monetize digital twins. The final week will touch on technical aspects and enable you to get started.

Thanks again for all your effort and passion in delivering this course and the great discussions. " Read the original post
