Course Summary

At SAP Fieldglass, we provide the market-leading vendor management solution (VMS) that simplifies the process of procuring, managing, and optimizing flexible workforces. We pride ourselves in putting the customer first and reimagining how work gets done.

This course is a high-level introduction to SAP Fieldglass. It is designed to provide the foundational industry knowledge necessary to help you better understand SAP Fieldglass, its customers, its organizational structure, and the role each employee plays in making SAP Fieldglass the industry-leading VMS.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Explain the contingent workforce management industry
  • Differentiate between a contingent and a services worker
  • Describe the role a PMO/MSP plays in managing a contingent workforce
  • Identify what makes SAP Fieldglass the VMS industry leader
  • Explain the role each department plays within SAP Fieldglass to make it the industry leader

This updated course reflects changes made to the Services module process in SAP Fieldglass from recent production releases. If you already completed one of the previous courses, we recommend you also attend this course to learn more about the new features available when creating a statement of work (SOW) in SAP Fieldglass. The updated units are marked in the overview section.
