Andrea is a veteran of Design Thinking in software. With more than 10 years of practicing and teaching design thinking, she has applied the approach to software solutions, product strategy and services.
Andrea has been instrumental in leading the organizational transformation of SAP into an organization that practices Design Thinking throughout the world.
Hailey is a design-thinking coach and instructional designer at SAP. She applies and teaches the approach to customers, partners, and within the SAP community, instilling confidence in others to adopt and scale design thinking and business model innovation. Her background in storytelling and information technology fuels her passion for understanding, defining, and solving complex challenges, and giving people the tools to explore and solve them together.
Julian Vanderhost is an instructional designer in the SAP Design team. In his role, Julian enables the SAP ecosystem with learning content focused on design-led approaches and SAP design strategic initiatives. Julian joined SAP in 2015 and has held various positions as a project and product manager. Some of his previous projects include SAP Leonardo Enablement, the HanaHaus chatbot, and Project Propel Empowered by SAP.
Julian holds a master's degree in internet business from ISDI Digital University, and a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Delaware State University.
Sylvie Charpentier leads a team of design practitioners at SAP.
With more than 10 years of experience managing software development and quality assurance teams, she is passionate about practicing and teaching design-led approaches, especially applied to the software industry. Since 2010, she has been teaching and promoting design approaches around the world to SAP product teams and SAP partner organizations.
