Course Summary

The customer experience has evolved rapidly over recent years, with customers having more choices than ever of where to buy products and services. This is true for all companies, whether selling to other businesses, consumers, or a mix. You need to build relationships between brands and rethink and reimagine customer experiences to create customers for life.

To help you realize these benefits quickly, we created the SAP C/4HANA Movement program, a comprehensive program that has all you need to move your on-premise SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application and the SAP Marketing and SAP Commerce solutions to the cloud.

In this course, you’ll learn more about the latest trends in customer experience and how to stay on top of these trends with SAP C/4HANA.

We’ll present the key capabilities and processes and show you how to deliver excellent customer experience. We’ll also talk about the business case for moving to the cloud as well as the tools, assets, and services that help make your journey as smooth as possible.

Holger Stiller is a product manager in the SAP C/4HANA suite, focusing on developing Movement strategies for SAP Commerce customers. Prior to this, he worked as an engagement manager/solution architect as part of the SAP Hybris Expert Service team.

Holger has knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud. He also has experience in international and offshore implementation projects.

Nikhil Betigeri

Nikhil Betigeri is a product manager in the SAP C/4HANA suite, focusing on developing Movement strategies for SAP CRM on-premise customers. He is also an SAP mentor and has over 20 years of experience across different SAP solutions.

Nikhil has held various roles at SAP across consulting and product management, and has a broad understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
