In his 9 years at SAP, Konstantin’s main focus has been on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud products, initially as a solution architect and later as the head of best practices.

William Falls

William Falls is a senior knowledge consultant at SAP Customer Experience, currently focusing on the Lead-to-Cash story.

William joined the Customer Experience family (form. hybris) back in 2015 and has since been passionately designing, developing, and publishing enablement on SAP C/4HANA Cloud solutions.

Amit Dudhbade

Amit Dudhbade is a knowledge consultant at SAP Customer Experience. He is the enablement product owner for Customer Data Cloud and is also working on the Lead-to-Cash story.

Amit has extensive training and consulting experience across topics.

Salma Sabbour

Salma Sabbour is a senior SAP Customer Experience presales specialist. She has been playing a leading role in helping customers start their digital transformation journey with SAP C/4HANA in Egypt, the Middle East, and UK/I.

Salma is currently extending her support to the Customer Experience Enablement Team through a fellowship, where she’s focusing on bringing the Lead-to-Cash story to life.

Prashant Kumar

Prashant Kumar is a senior knowledge consultant for SAP Service Cloud, currently focusing on the Lead-to-Cash and Field Service Management story.

He joined the SAP Customer Experience family (form. Hybris) back in 2014 as a solution manager, and then transitioned into the Industry Solutions Team, where he focused on the services industry. Beyond his work in sales enablement and on services industry assets, Prashant has also worked on various cross-industry projects.
