SAP Conversational AI chatbots bring simplified access to information and personalized human-like conversations at scale, 24x7, from anywhere, on any device, in any language.

We’ve put together this track to bundle essential knowledge around chatbot building with SAP Conversational AI.

In the first course, you’ll get a better understanding of chatbots and conversational AI, as well as a complete overview of the platform capabilities available on each tab. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own chatbot from scratch as well as learn how to do it as a team with our collaborative features.
In the second course, you’ll deep dive into the latest platform features on each tab, learn more about our enterprise edition, and how to set it up and migrate your chatbots there for productive usage.

To earn your SAP Conversational AI certificate, you’ll need to earn a record of achievement in each course. After you enroll on this track, you’ll see the required courses and your current completion status for each of them.

The Chatbot Building with SAP Conversational AI certificate proves that you have learned the basics of SAP Conversational AI, that you are able to create your own chatbot from scratch using the various platform capabilities, and deploy it live and monitor it.
