Course Summary

SAP Business ByDesign is a cloud-based ERP solution supporting end-to-end business processes across various application areas. It supports various industry verticals and scenarios for small and mid-size enterprises.

In this course, you’ll learn how to manage SAP Business ByDesign, including setting up an organizational structure, extending the solution, and importing or exporting data from SAP Business ByDesign.

In the first week you’ll learn about different aspects of organizational and task management. This will also cove defining access rights and setting up approval processes. Week two will give you insights on how to import data into and export data from SAP Business ByDesign. In week three we’ll show you how to extend the solution, edit forms, or add mashups. Week four will cover the most important aspects of data protection and privacy, and in the final week we’ll take a closer look at information management from an administrator‘s perspective, which includes built-in help and learning as well as support and incident handling.

To give you clearer insight into the SAP Business ByDesign solution, system demonstrations are included in all weeks of the course.
